Situation: Amber Beach Brewery currently faces is the stagnation of their growth as a company. They are not sharing in the 1% growth that the beer market in America is experiencing this year. Their goal is an increase in production by 60,000 per year and an increase in capacity by 50% per year over five years. A way Amber Beach Brewery has chosen to tackle this problem is to acquire a new system in order to improve production and capacity in response to an expected sales growth through a new marketing strategy.
Project Charter and Scope for Macy’s Telephony System Replacement
Task: Developed a comprehensive Project Charter & Scope Document for the replacement of Macy’s corporate telephony system. Defined project objectives and management strategy, key milestones, risk mitigation strategies and communication plans to ensure seamless system transition while minimizing disruption to critical corporate functions.
Project Scheduling & Work Breakdown Structure
Task: Created a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project schedule to illustrate the phased implementation process for Macy’s telephony system replacement. Outlined dependencies, critical paths, and timeline estimates, providing visibility into project progress from high-level phases to granular tasks.
Basic Web Development Knowledge
Task: Applied foundational HTML and CSS skills to build a personal website, demonstrating a practical understanding of basic web structure, layout principles, and front-end coding concepts.
